Overview: Solely responsible for recruiting students to attend the Merrill Institute. Schedule, manage logistics, and attend trade shows and expos. Facilitate informational session at schools, chamber meetings, and expos.
Accountabilities: Accountable for strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information. Ensuring class enrollment goals are set and achieved.
Environment: Typical office environment.
Physical Demands: Minimal, repetitive motion issues (such as carpal tunnel syndrome), light lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
Duties: Recruitment including but not limited to: writing and placing of advertisements, posting information on recruiting websites, reviewing applications, screening applicants over the phone, coordinating search through employment agencies, coordinating and conducting interviews, and conducting tours.

Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Creative and outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent presentation skills, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in successful recruiting or HR position
Personal Qualities: Self started with ability to recruit, personable, strong attention to detail.
Preferences: Bachelors degree

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
